Do you take custom made orders?
Yes. Contact Sarah@silverbirchboutique.com to discuss placing an order. I only make my own designs but you can custom order details such as sleeves, fabrics, length to sort your body shape. I also cater for petite and tall fits.

Do you offer an alterations service on orders?
Yes. Contact Sarah@silverbirchboutique.com to discuss an alteration before you purchase. Once an item has been altered to fit you, it cannot be returned. 

How does your sizing compare to other brands?
See the size guide for an approximate fit, but feel free to email Sarah@silverbirchboutique.com with your measurements/height/leg length if you want advice on which size to order in a particular piece.

Can I return an order even if theres nothing wrong with it?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 2 weeks of purchase and will be fully refunded if not worn or washed.

How long have I got to return my order?
14 days from the time of your order. If any problems with this time frame, just email Sarah@silverbirchboutique.com to discuss.

Can you make one of your pieces in a different fabric?
I only make my own designs, but have a look through my Instagram for collections past and present for inspiration. You can take a design and custom order details such as sleeves, fabrics, length to sort your body shape. I also cater for petite and tall fits.
